How this estimate works
Completed, cancelled, refunded and pre-opening orders are removed. If a blank completion has been bypassed by at least ten newer completed orders—including three with a matching item—it is treated as a missed completion rather than an order still waiting on Expo.
The result is a best estimate. A genuinely late order can sometimes finish after many newer orders.
